Interested in filling that pocket on your mask? You can add to your cart to send PDFs to your email account. This mask, with or without the added filter, is not a replacement for social distancing. N95 masks are the best--this is not an N95. But it should help keep the virus from spreading. With the 3-ply cotton and added filter, your chances are improved on having the mask protect you from getting sick from others. Please supplement the research that I've done with your own. New information is coming out daily.
One thing I cannot stress enough, is that your mask should fit properly with as few gaps as possible. Cinch up on the elastic if it's too loose and forming gaps at the nose. Or, use ties for an adjustable fit.

Blue shop towels, Vacuum cleaner bags, AC intake filter (make sure they don't contain fiberglass)
